個人的にはZより使いやすいと思います

スタンダードなHPと特攻振りで安定感のある特殊アタッカーに

器用なんでパーティによって技を変えていきたいところ

第五世代では進化の輝石というアイテムでとんでもないらしいです

BWのポリ２は恐ろしい耐久力ですよ！
両受け向きなポケモンの中では多分クレセリアと１・２を争ってる程だと思います。
　両受けとしては多分この2体がダントツの耐久力なんじゃないでしょうか・・・。
　ポリ２の方は特性トレースの関係もあって相手の耐久向きな特性を写しちゃうと凄まじい要塞になっちゃったりもします。
特にマルチスケイル（HP満タンの時に受けるダメージが全て1/2）って特性を持つカイリューに対して後出しすると凶悪になるんで対カイリュー用として有名になってます。

　さぁ、買っちゃうのだ！
